3 CBD Treat Recipes

by Summer Kucky on October 02, 2020

Break out the pots and pans because we're about to do some cooking! If you are an avid CBD user, you have probably experimented with the idea of adding CBD to your favorite recipes. If not, here are some of our favorite drinks, sweets, and treats that can be made with CBD. But first...

What are the benefits of CBD?

On its own, CBD may be effective in reducing pain associated with physical ailments as well as some mental disorders. Results from a variety of studies indicate that CBD appears to act as an antidepressant and an anti-anxiety agent when taken regularly. You should never use CBD as a substitute for your medications until discussing further options with your healthcare provider. Is CBD Safe For Kids?

The effects of CBD in children have yet to be significantly researched, and it is important to understand that many CBD products are not regulated by the FDA, and you should always consult your child’s doctor before supplementing it for any medications.

However, many parents have reported that CBD has been beneficial for their children, claiming that when taken regularly, it helped their children cope with symptoms of depression and anxiety. CBD may also be effective for the treatment of seizures in children and other conditions such as autism.
