Our site is broken down into multiple sections where you can find products, company info, customer help, blog posts, and more. Each product category consists of a collection of items that you to choose from. Once you found the product you are looking for, you can then proceed to the cart for review and continue to checkout. 


During the checkout process, you will be asked to provide your shipping address, billing address, and a credit/debit card to complete your transaction. We will only process orders once payment has been approved and your card had been debited. If you are experiencing issues processing your payment, please check the name provided on the billing address and the name on card section. In most circumstances, this happens to be the issue with customers checking out and you have to provide the person associated with the card. After placing an order with ExperienceCBD.com, you should receive a confirmation e-mail, confirming the item(s) that you have just purchased. 


If you need to cancel your order for any reason, please contact us or hop on Live Chat. within 12 hours. Orders processed during the week (Monday - Thursday) will usually be processed within 1-2 business days. If your item(s) have already been processed and shipped, you can no longer cancel your order. All orders are subject to availability, but don’t worry, if there’s an issue with your order, we will contact you directly. 


Very rarely will this happen, but if we notice something unusual on an order or on an account, we have the right to refuse or cancel your order. If you feel that we have made a mistake, please do not be discouraged. Contact us via email, and our customer service will get to you about your order within 24 to 48 hours.

Product Descriptions

Many of you may not realize that a lot goes on behind the scenes here at Experience CBD. Our "techies" do their best to make sure our CBD products are described accurately, priced correctly, and updates are implemented when need be. They also make sure that blogs are clear and error-free, new products are added, and product pricing and descriptions is updated regularly. From time to time, there may a product or promo error. If we discover an error on any of the items that you’ve ordered, we will let you ASAP. By this point, if a technical error has occurred, we will give you the option of reconfirming your order (at the correct price) or cancelling it.If we can’t get in touch with you after 24 hours, we will treat the order as cancelled. If you cancel and you’ve already paid, we will refund you in full.

Promo Codes & Discounts

As you become a frequent Experience CBD customer, you will notice that we do monthly price reductions on our CBD products. At times, we will either provide a discount code or the sale will automatically reduce the price of specified items at checkout. If a promo code is required, you must use the coupon code provided in the promotion to redeem your discount. Unless stated, “no coupon code needed,” please be on the lookout for a discount code that you may have to provide in order to redeem your discount. 


Each promotion may have different terms, but for most, you cannot combine coupon codes with other discount codes. This includes reward codes generated from your loyalty points. If a promo code is not running properly due technical errors or something beyond our control that affects the way the website is running, we can cancel, modify, or suspend the promo code at any time.
