Easy CBD Recipes Everyone Will Love!

CBD pancakes

It’s time to break out those cooking utensils and prepare yourself for more CBD recipes! CBD is growing in popularity with CBD Oils and CBD Gummies being the preferred methods for consumption, but after a while, even the most delicious CBD gummies can get a little boring. In this blog, we will discuss some rules to keep in mind when cooking with CBD, and of course, we will be giving you three delectable recipes to try for yourself.

Before You Begin, Keep These things In Mind

High Heat and CBD

As you being to gather your ingredients and start cooking, be aware that cooking with CBD extracts will expose your CBD to a high heat (unless making a raw recipe). This may affect the overall potency of your CBD and could drastically affect how your body will react to it, if at all. Thus, it is recommended to stay below 320o F when cooking to avoid diluting the potency of the CBD.

The Effects Take Time

Normally, when you consume a CBD edible, it takes a little bit longer to start feeling the effects of the CBD versus if you were to drop CBD Oil under your tongue or inhale CBD using a vape. This is because the CBD edible will first need to pass through the digestive system before it can reach your bloodstream and give you the desired effect. So, when making your CBD recipes, be patient, you won’t feel the effects right away.

CBD Recipes

Instructions:
  1. Preheat your oven according to the instructions on your brownie mix box *Tip: Try and find a mix that cooks on a lower heat for a longer period of time. This will ensure that the CBD retains its potency.

  4. Add in your CBD isolate into your batter and mix well.

  6. Pour batter into a baking dish and spread the remaining chocolate over top.
  7. Bake for the recommended amount of time
  8. Once finished baking, take the brownies out of the oven and allow them to cool before serving.
