 Best Ways to Take CBD

There are many ways to take CBD. Finding the right method for you will make your experience with CBD easier and more enjoyable. The most common methods for taking CBD include: CBD oils, edibles, topicals, and vape products. When choosing your CBD Products, you should have the option to choose either Full Spectrum (less than 0.3% THC), Broad spectrum (0% THC) or Pure CBD extract (0% THC ). Full-spectrum and Broad spectrum CBD contain most of the cannabinoids, which can become more beneficial to other receptors in the body. In this blog, we will discuss the different methods for consuming CBD as well as what method might work best for you and your lifestyle.

CBD Oils

If you’ve never taken CBD before, using a CBD oil or CBD Softgel might be the easiest place to start. CBD softgels are an easy and tasteless way to get all of the incredible benefits of CBD.

You can also take CBD oil, which is typically consumed by placing the oil under your tongue and holding it there for up to a minute before swallowing. Many consumers have also added CBD oil to their favorite food or drinks masking the CBD taste. CBD oil is a quick and convenient way of consuming CBD and is one of the quickest delivery methods to start feeling the effects of CBD.

CBD Edibles

Not only do CBD edibles taste great, but they are also a great way to be discreet about your CBD intake. The only downside of taking CBD this way is something called the “first-pass effect”. This is when the CBD is partially broken down by the liver and digestive tract. This method takes the longest to start working and you only absorb about 20-30 percent of the CBD. For this reason, you may have to take a higher dose than you would with other methods in order to get the same effect.

CBD Topicals

CBD topicals are formulated to go directly on the skin. They are a great option when it comes to treating an isolated area for pain and other ailments. CBD topicals may be beneficial for relieving symptoms of skin conditions such as eczema. CBD topicals are great because they easy to use and work almost immediately. When applying your product always read the instructions for the recommended use.

CBD Vape and Smokables

Smoking or vaping is the quickest method of ingesting CBD. This is because it goes directly into your bloodstream. You will usually feel the effects within ten minutes of inhaling the CBD. Smoking is not the best-recommended method of taking CBD due to the fact that you will be introducing carcinogens into your lungs. Vaping is a much safer alternative if inhalation is still your preferred method. Just be sure to avoid vapes that are made with a thinning agent. As they can cause damage to the lung tissue.

Is CBD Legal?

Similar to how the laws of recreational or medical marijuana vary from state to state, there are also specific rules and regulations regarding the use of Hemp and CBD that differ from one state to another. Any industrial hemp product is now legal on a federal level nationwide, including CBD. However, It is important to always confirm your states laws regarding CBD before you make a purchase.
