What are shipment processing times as of today?
Due to COVID-19 and post carriers experiencing service disruptions, shipments may be delayed. We ask that you remain patient with us as delays are related to limited post carrier locations and state government restrictions.


  • The standard processing time for Experience CBD orders is 1-2 business days. 
  • Once orders are processed, the standard delivery time in the United States is 3-7 business days and 10-21 business days internationally. 
  • There is also a express delivery (1-3 business days) option available during checkout.

GUMMY & CHOCOLATE SHIPPING ALERT

ALERT: Due to hot temperatures from the summer season, any shipments containing edibles are likely to become soft, mushed or melted. We do our best to make sure that our CBD Edible products are kept isolated and climate controlled during shipment. However, any extensive heat may cause your items to become slightly deformed during shipment. If you receive your items deformed, it is still perfectly fine to eat; for the CBD content still remains intact. We recommend after receiving your edible products to store in a cool place, such as freezer or refrigerator, so that you can better enjoy a solid item.

In the United States:

  • Standard Shipping (3-7 business days) costs $6 on all orders under $50
  • FREE Shipping (3-7 business days) on all orders over $50
  • Express Shipping (1-3 business days) costs $8 on all orders

For international orders:

  • Shipping rates will reflect during the checkout process.

OUT OF STOCK & RETURNS

If the order you placed contains one or more items that are either out-of-stock or have been discontinued, we will notify you via email or by phone call. If we do not receive an answer from the ordering party, we will cancel your order and refund your charge accordingly. 


Returns are only accepted on products that have been received damaged or on unwanted products (new and unopened) within a week of delivery. 


Refunds usually take 5-7 business days to return to the user's card. There are absolutely no refunds or exchanges after 7 days of the original purchase as well as on opened merchandise.


WE DO NOT OFFER MONEY BACK GUARANTEE. We understand purchasing CBD products for the first time may be tricky for some customers. While we guarantee the quality and consistency of our CBD products, we can not guarantee that it will effect everyone in the same way.
