A message to our loyal customers
Effective Friday, March 27, 2021, Experience CBD is unable to ship any type of Vape products, including Vape oils, Vape cartridges, or any other type of Vape product that involves inhalation for the consumer unless an adult signature is provided.*Additional $3 shipping rate will apply to such Vape products.* This decision was not made by Experience CBD as it is a nationwide mandate, amended under the PACT Act that all ENDS (electronic nicotine delivery systems) products "in such mail are nonmailable, without exception." It is also important to note that the whole point of PACT legislation is to prevent children from accessing, and becoming addicted, to nicotine. Because of this Experience CBD fully supports PACT, and will comply with any associated legislation.

Effective April 26, 2021, all vape products can no longer be shipped through our normal shipment carrier, United States Postal Service (USPS). Additional shipping costs will apply to all vape products and an adult signature will be required. Our top priority is the health and safety of our customers as well as our warehouse employees, production, and fulfillment team. We want to stress that we are taking the necessary precautions to make sure our warehouse is maintaining a clean and healthy environment and that it is in compliance with state recommended social distancing and CDC (Centers for Disease Control) guidelines.

What are shipment processing times as of today?
Due to COVID-19 and post carriers experiencing service disruptions, shipments may be delayed. We ask that you remain patient with us as delays are related to limited post carrier locations and state government restrictions.

  • The standard processing time for Experience CBD orders is 1-2 business days. 
  • Once orders are processed, the standard delivery time in the United States is 3-7 business days and 10-21 business days internationally. 
  • There is also a express delivery (1-3 business days) option available during checkout.

We do not ship Full Spectrum products (<0.3% THC) to: Alabama, Georgia, & Kansas

We do not ship Delta 8 THC products to: Alaska, Arizona, Arkansas, Colorado, Delaware, Idaho, Iowa, Mississippi, Montana, Rhode Island, & Utah.

Please be aware that this product is a Delta 8 THC and Full Spectrum products will show up on a drug test analysis. Full spectrum Hemp-derived products are 100% legal in most states. Delta 8 THC products are 100% legal in some states as long as it is derived from hemp. Please bear in mind that this is subject to change if state legislators determine that it should be classified as a controlled substance. Look over Your State’s Legality before purchasing.

Due to DOD regulations, Experience CBD does not to ship CBD-related products to military installments (APO/AFO).


In the United States:

  • Standard Shipping (3-7 business days) costs $6 on all orders under $50
  • FREE Shipping (3-7 business days) on all orders over $50
  • Express Shipping (1-3 business days) costs $9 on THC FREE products and $18 on Full Spectrum & Delta 8 products

For international orders:

  • Shipping rates will reflect during the checkout process. business hours are Monday through Friday 9am-5pm EST, excluding weekends and holidays.


If the order you placed contains one or more items that are either out-of-stock or have been discontinued, we will notify you via email or by phone call. If we do not receive an answer from the ordering party, we will cancel your order and refund your charge accordingly. 

Returns are only accepted on products that have been received damaged or on unwanted products (new and unopened) within a week of delivery. 

If your items are returned by your local postal carrier, please do not hesitate to contact us, and we will do our best to assist you. Please note that we are not responsible for shipping costs outside of the U.S.

Refunds usually take 5-7 business days to return to the user's card. There are absolutely no refunds or exchanges after 7 days of the original purchase as well as on opened merchandise.
