If one or more items you have ordered are out-of-stock or discontinued at the time of ordering, we will inform you via email or by phone call. If we do not receive an answer from the ordering party, we will cancel your order and refund your charge according.

Experiencecbd.com ships with USPS Priority Mail and UPS Ground. We ship from Myrtle Beach, South Carolina in the USA. Within 48 hours of receipt (unless otherwise stated), orders are processed and shipped during regular business hours (Monday through Friday 10am-5pm EST, excluding holidays).
Due to DOD regulations, Experience CBD is unable to ship cannabidiol related products to military installments (APO/AFO).
Shipping charges are $6 per order under $50, and orders over $50 are shipped for free in the U.S. Shipping charges are standard for international orders.
We ship all items within 1 business day of an order placement. If there is a general delay happening on our end, it will be clearly stated on our website or we will contact via email. We ship through USPS and UPS and for tracking information, please email firstname.lastname@example.org. Orders over $1500 will automatically be shipped via priority mail with a signature requirement unless otherwise specified. Orders under $1500 will be shipped with no signature required. Overnight shipping is not an option available on our website, but we can accommodate for this over the phone if need be. We can add or remove a signature requirement to packages upon request. Refunds are only accepted on products that have been received damaged or on unwanted products (new and unopened) within a week of delivery. (7 days after receiving merchandise). There are no refunds or exchanges after the 7 days and on opened merchandise.
